By hiring or using the services of MartinezWebs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided
MartinezWebs offers website design, setup, and optional add-on services such as Google Business Profile, Facebook Fan Page creation, SEO guidance, and monthly updates.

All services are provided as described on our website.
Domain registration and hosting are not included in the package price.
3. Payments
Payments must be made in full before project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
Optional monthly maintenance or add-ons are billed separately.
4. Delivery & Revisions
Estimated delivery time will be provided at the start of the project.
Basic revisions (text or image adjustments) are included as outlined in the chosen package.
Additional revisions outside the package may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate business information, text, and images in a timely manner.
MartinezWebs is not responsible for delays caused by late submissions from the client.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if the project has not started.
Once initial design work is delivered, payments are non-refundable.
For monthly maintenance, cancellations can be requested at any time, effective the following billing cycle.
7. Website Content & Usage
MartinezWebs is not responsible for any legal issues related to the content provided by the client.
Clients must ensure they own or have the right to use all text, images, or materials submitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
MartinezWebs is not liable for losses, damages, or downtime caused by third-party services (Durable hosting, domain registrars, Google, Facebook, etc.).
We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google or other search engines.
9. Termination of Services
MartinezWebs reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

The client violates these Terms.
Payments are not completed.
